In November, 2006, ELIMEDICAL opened its Distribution Centre in Markham, Ontario. We hope to serve the Canadian marketplace with a full line of high quality supplies.

In January, 2007, Elimedical appointed Mr. Gordon Farrimond, National Sales Manager. Mr. Farrimond had nearly 20 years experience with various Johnson and Johnson Companies in the Med/Surg and Clinical Products business, focusing on opportunities in the Medical, Dental and Veterinary Markets. More recently Mr. Farrimond was engaged in manufacturing and marketing cost effective clinical solution based products to Physician owned/operated Free Standing Surgical Clinics. In November of 2007, Mr. Farrimond was promoted to Vice-President/Sales.

In February, 2007, ELIMEDICAL opened its official website for use by our customers. It features easy access and great convenience when ordering product from ELIMEDICAL.

In Dec., 2008, ELIMEDICAL contracted BARAD Protection in order to have the full access to BARAD high quality healthcare products. BARAD Protection specializes in the manufacture of disposable products for both the Medical and Industrial sectors. Return goods

No Merchandise will be accepted without our authorization. All merchandise must be returned clean and unaltered, in original packaging. Items being returned must be re-packaged into a larger container to protect the original packaging of the product. All damaged merchandise will be replaced or a credit will be issued at our sole discretion. Damaged stock due to improper use or customer abuse will not be accepted for return.

A restocking charge and courier return fee may apply.

Special orders are not returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for product that has been in your possession for more than 30 days.

Shortage, Errors & Damage Claims

Please inspect all deliveries carefully; verify the total number of cartons. If you receive damaged cartons or less quantity, indicate on the receipt and contact us immediately. Leave the goods in the box you received, along with all packing materials. It is possible that a representative of the carrier will visit you to inspect the damaged items.

Privacy Policy

We use the information you provide about yourself and your company when placing an order only to complete that order.

Information you submit will not be shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
